Dewalt and Hitachi also have them. The concensus is generally that cordless tools are better quality than corded now because of the research and competition. In the last 15 years the major companies shave damped their money into cordless and largely neglected many corded tools. So I would suggest buying a cordless one. If you are set on a corded one just search "right angle drill" at home depot or you can even pick up the Harbor Freight corded knee which I think is around 30 bucks.

there is already a quiet impact called "quietstrike" i believe. I would like to see a one handed recip saw like the hackzall. also a 400+ cfm brushless blower for the one plus lineup.

1) Ryobi cordless is now every bit as good and better than Makita cordless 15 years ago. I have both. I know pros look at Ryobi and think of the the blue plastic versions that could do barely half of what red, yellow, or teal can do. They are right about the old stuff. However the new stuff, produced in the last five years has moved the quality of tool from 40% of the big brand to about 80% the quality and in some cases, like the nailers, fans, and lights are just as good. I prefer Milwuakee and Makita, sonetimes the cost beteeen them and Ryobi isnt justified. 2) Ryobi is a great compliment line to red, teal, and yellow. Vacs, lights, nailers, glue guns, fans, and others round out people's line-ups well. 3) The OPE line-up is large and doeant break the bank. They have evey type of OPE need at thrid of the cost of the big boys. Spending 150 per sting trimmer, blower, and hedge trimmers is alot when i can those plus a pole saw, chemical sprayer, and chainsaw for rhe same price.

Notice the "coming soon" cordless tools: impact wrench, recip saw, 6 1/2 circular, grinder, jigsaw, light. These will likely come in below the RYOBI price point. the batteries are reasonable as well. These look more promising for the DIYer, cheap worker market.

It's cool to see that HF is improving/updating their cordless tools. However, at that price point I would just go with Ryobi.

I have also been looking. I have a couple of questions perhaps the crowd can answer. I am looking at a multi-split system. Why do some of the systems add up to more than the total BTU and others match it. Example: 32k btu pump will come with three 12k btu units. Why is the total value of the units greater than the pump rating? Does this effect their ability to all run at once? Is there a benefit to get a pump that matches the total of all it's units?

As I stated I experienced the same thing. Which battery did you use? After thinking about it I can't help but wonder if the 4.0ah battery I threw on there caused to work faster than the small black battery that is included in the kit.

I have no experience with sprayers for that application. What I can tell you is that most of the working parts are metal with the exception of the hose and the liquid intake stem in the drum. There are some pieces I would remove before using anything tacky. Like a tiny filter on the stem I have seen others on youtube use pump sprayers for stains and polys, so it seems possible.

I like it. My only complaint is that it container is small. I found my self having to refill it several times.
