Here it is with the wood set and l.e.d. track attached. It will get painted black to match frame. Next step will be installing the letters that were previously studded.

So here's the letters for the gym sign. Laid them out with a pattern so i can transfer marks for studs to the wood for mounting. First pics shows them with punch marks next two photos show studs welded on.

Dr. Pepper and water mostly. Otherwise whiskey, bourbon, scotch or tequila. Liquor is drank mostly by guest. I'll have a shot once in a while.

What method did you use for sharpening the blade?

Here's an interior sign I'm doing for a gym. They want a rustic look with wood they supplied. I built an aluminum frame that the wood attaches to which will mount wroth a bracket on the wall. Now that the frame is built and wood is laid out, I can now take my pattern for letters and logo and mark them accordingly so i can mount studs to aluminum faces. More pics to come on this one. Will have a freddys finished sign here soon.

I've always been interested in a ham radio set up. Need the license. Maybe when i buy a house instead of rent I'll fulfill that hobby. Like the trees all around the house for seclusion. That's the way to go.

So the last 2 days i was gonna get some pics of the paint job for freddys. I failed both days. Hopefully i remember tomorrow, going snowboarding this weekend so I'm a lil distracted.... and busy busy at work lol. I'll get some pics though.

Well I am selling the ryobi tools Monday so some next time I'll be making my first cordless bosch purchase. Have a few bosch corded tools. And the radio i bought is bosch. Seems like the logical choice for me. Thanks for the feedback everyone.

Makita offers a 12v and an 18v? Thought they only had18v tools. Never used makita alot though i do have an old makita corded drill i was given.
