    I'm shocked at the power rating of this little Kobalt drill though, I just looked up Dewalts compact drill offering (DCD796) and it's 619 in/lbs, Kobalt has 650 in/lbs. The premium DCD995 only has 708 in/lbs!
     
    Little sucker got balls for a compact. Good weight in the hand too, Kobalt is stepping up in the world it seems. 

    I have the drill driver set and it is sweet. You will like the drill.

  5. Preferred ratchets?

    I did, I've done research in the past so I knew what to look for. These were easy because of the unique levers and stamp. The 1/2" ratchet style is very well known.


    That's cool. I guess I will be spending some more time on the googler. I love old tools and thinking about there history.

    Thank you for running such an awesome contest and everything you and the rest of the TIA crew does to make the forum and social media outlets possible. This is an awesome support group that encourages the purchase of more tools. Unlike my wife who thought I had enough years ago.
