Love the DCCS620! Just tore up a log today with 1x 9.0ah toasted and 1 bar gone on the next. Maxed out the bar length on each side with 1 thermal overload. Cooled down in a few minutes. 8a1e7322110079351bf4669981d42af9.jpgf08ac31bdcd16f54ab0b452a999abe19.jpg3cdba311f150994b0553011effea5a83.jpg

I'm actually impressed by that. Where is the Gas Stihl hiding in the pics ?

  2. Just coming back from Key West which was directly hit by Hurricane Irma and I beg to differ.

I don't believe in battery chainsaws.

A guy had the makita 2 battery was seriously a joke.

It's so nice to use too! The magnetic tip is excellent.

Why wouldn't you get the one with the magnetic tip? I don't see why not. If your shooting wood to concrete it's just a regular tip at that point.

Other question ion will this completely replace the need for a Ramset .27 ?

I like that graco went with a tool brand that many people have instead of making their own battery its always nice to only have one battery platform

Graco does have their own battery

  5. Where is your 20v jigsaw a great underrated 20v tool. Even has a blower built in to keep dust and chips off the line while cutting. Also has orbital settings from straight up and down to a slight forward and back motion for faster cutting.

Paired with some Spyder double sided jigsaw blades and it's a badass tool.

I seen something about a different kind of sprayer. A battery powered DeWALT chemical sprayer like the type you use herbicides with.

A battery powered backpack sprayer would be great

  7. I just looked at the Fastcap Rig.

Seems massive with great material support. If you want something this big then I would say go for it 1,000 bucks is a big investment as well.

How well will to do on stairs and around tight corners? How much will the Rig weigh complete with FV Miter?

I propose the Rolling Stand with Rolling Supports (not stationary supports) with 2 Rockwell Saw Horse Jaw stands for 16ft material

    200 for Rolling stand

    75 each for Jawhorses

350 and you are set-up very nicely.

    @JakeDewalt

your welcome, let me know !!

Not true: I´m in that service center 2x a week when I´m there (one of their best customers)

but they don´t sell (cordless) tools !

they have nice store displays and it is one of the best service centers in USA ! (I know a lot!)

challenge: give me one example of a (new) cordless tool I could get there ???

    cheeers

Sorry Mido but I use a Dealer account and can buy any cordless tool they have in stock. Where I got my framing nailer, finish nailer.

I will try to think of something USA only

I´ll be in West Palm area beginning of October for vacation

If you need anything from the "Europe" collection of DeWalt products let me know

I might be able to bring along

    cheers

Man that's really cool. Thanks for offering. I guess I need to find something cool Europe has that we don't ?

Also there is a Dewalt Service Center here in West Palm where you can get almost anything out in the US

I can't speak for the Dewalt and Makita cordless tracks but I own the Festool cordless and it has awesome dust collection with the attached bag. It worked well enough that I never plug in the vacuum. It is nice to make cuts and not have to watch where the cord are while cutting.

I would assume the Dewalt would come with a bag as well?

Here is a visual of the difference in size between cordless nail guns and pneumatic. I think I like the smaller gun with the cordless compressor over the large gun. These are both 18G.

For Finish nailing cordless is the way of the future. No need to have an air compressor to drive a finish nail.
