The online chat service at the Sears website told me this saw was made in 2014... Somehow I think that's probably 30 years off!

Can anyone direct me toward info about this saw? Mostly curious about date of manufacture, how to maintain it/where to find parts. The saw was a gift from my boss when his neighbor was giving things away. Seems to work ok but want to replace the power cord as the current one is missing a ground prong. Thanks in advance! Eric

Hi all, new homeowner here (3 years ago) looking to build my collection of tools. Have some hand me downs and some homegamer quality power tools. Not a carpenter/contractor by trade so everything I do is recreational in nature. Hope to glean some info on decent homeowner budget-friendly gear. Eric
