I am always needing help on something.

I bought a Makita HM1304B Jackhammer at an auction It needed a armature and field I bought them online and when I got them they were wrong. I look at the parts list online and they all showed the same list for the hm1304b So i buy another at an auction. Now I have 2 Looking at the parts list I can see that Jackhammers I have do not match the pictures I called Makita and they asked me to send pictures of the jackhammer. Its been 2 weeks and I have not heard from them. Has anyone run into this before?
