  1. battery date: 2018, cells: LGABHE21865 2500mAh, same for 2019 I've repaired couple of 5Ah batterys. Broken case, problems with PCB, but main problem is cell dying. Example battery from 2018 - 1 pair lost (0,5-0,6V). Battery looks like new and it is done. Other battery 2014 stil live (4,0Ah). Maybe it depends on how it was used, charged. But I see more and more 2018 batterys with dead pair of cells inside.
  2. Hello. Don't use Samsung 30Q in 5S1P package. Use Sony VTC6 if you want slim 3,0Ah battery. Good choice is Samsung 25R, Sony VTC5 or VTC5A. Higher amperage, safer to use with drill in 1 row of cells(in my opinion) I can't say that nothings happens after dissasembly healthy pack. Sometimes the PCB can lock it self after losing voltage or current. Then you stuck, but aftermarket PCB are avalible - i think in Australia.
  3. This situation occurs in dewalt. The wear of line - resistor, create all problems. Unfortunelly both Milwaukee and Dewalt need to change all - motor, button, pcb with battery connector. Sometimes underwarranty sometimes user need to decide to change on its own.
  4. As far as i know: V28 batteries and M28 batteries have diffrent mount. They are not compatible
  5. I'd like to say that diffrent nail break this gun in diffrent ways. I saw 20 000-30 000 nails fired - springs and profile need to be changed. I have one nailer with over 50 000 and profile was first time changed (Checked numeber of nails od nailer) One thing is that i heard - always use full charged battery. On our market we have a lot of producers of 34 degree nail: Prebena, Paslode, Dewalt, Bostich, Rawlplug and others... Some diffrences in thikness of nail: thiner 2,8mm - thicker 3,1mm (0,11 inch - 0,12 inch), diffrences in height of ring shank 50% - 90%, diffrent wood-soft/hard material, diffrent pressure on nailer imo create diffrent wear of profile, springs whole nailer Tips on nail ? The service center says that no lubrication is needed in nailer to work. So i'm curious
  6. I'm very very interested. Some pictures/flyers/brochure Google search give me nothing
  7. I found a note/memo with explanation of date code from march 2018 - year week - manufacture code I don't remember what 49 means. But on the label of the battery (underneath) is usually Korea and Japan - cell manufacture. I need to check all codes on my tools and create list to crosscheck with labels. Maybe i will find some time to create it. EDIT: i found od DWE6423 sander, and others 49 - code for Mexico DCG412/DCS367/DWE6423/DCS334 47 - PRC China 59 - Chech Republic -DCH283, DCH273 11 - Italy - D25960/961-16kg hex hammers, DW622/621-routers UB - PRC China flaschligst,DCV517
  8. No. Dewalt doesn't have any factory in Poland. Maybe the main magazine for Europe is in Poland, bigger one is in Belgium. The nearest factory is in Chech Republic - DCD792 is produced and some of SDS+/SDS Max hammers. I live near Poznań (if question its about) I have a hardware shop - tools, hand tools, power tools, fixings other stuff and we have rental - tools for rent, and also service for tools - specially for Dewalt- Authorised Service for Dewalt. Battery regeneration - new cells and somethimes the pcb. I ike wery much power tools and other things related with it. I'd like to know what is happening in the brand/industry. So...I'm reading this forum and toolguyd forum ... looking for the new tools or some other things that maybe be realesed in europe. I like Dewalt very much...but somethimes Dewalt (i'm sorry) sucks - Vacuums for sure From Dewalt company I met the German engineer from Idstein and SAG-small angle grinder developer (i think) form UK ...both meetings was a bit lucky. Sorry for my English...it can be a bit rusty
  9. Im not fully sure. But looking for years and asking people from service centre in Poland i assume that code 201y ww-mm x-z 201y is year ww-production week mm-manufacture code x-z still dont know what that code means. so the example 2015 26-47 is 2015 year 26 week 47 manufacture code - China or PRC 47 code is marked on Dwe4257,Dcd791,Dch481 (on label is PRC as production facility)
