Is this a service needed issue on this RH745? I understand these can do this, but i dont see a complete description anywhere. Edit to add, after an email with Bosch Service they suggested changing out the carbon brushes, i was able to acquire them locally and switch them out. No change in symptoms. Neighbor said it quit working and gave it to me. When i first plug it in and plug the trigger it labors for a second or two the light flashes red a few times. if i release the trigger and try again it does nothing.
