[Reverse only impact driver/wrench]

Good day!  I work at a factory where we use hand tools to remove allen bolts out of the machinery during changeovers.  We don't allow operators to use power tools due to risk of them using those to put the bolts back in using the power tool and messing up the threads.  Are there reverse only impact drivers/wrenches out there?  Or is it possible to disable the forward motion functionality?  Does anyone know?
