Good evening jamis,

I have a RM480 that just turned 2 years old last month, it has 122 hours and it's been a remarkable unit. 

Last week I encountered a battery issue...

Took it off the battery charger and battery power meter stayed at the same level where it was when I last used the mower (last green bar) I thought the meter didn't reset so I used the mower and covered the same ground just over a half acre and while mowing the blades turned off, I looked at the meter and the last red bar was flashing. Put it on the charger and after a full charge the meter showed a full charge, used the mower and all worked normal.

Yesterday I took it off charge to use the mower and the meter only showed charged to 3 yellow bars. I used the mower and it worked as normal and only went down to the last yellow bar. 

I checked it this morning after a night charge the meter showed full charge all green bars were lit.

Something is going on... seems intermittent and those are always hard to find!

I saw the picture you posted showing your volt meter and the cable looks like the factory plug that plugs into the mower from the factory charger... I'm correct? if so, how did you get the factory plug?

I'd like to install a volt meter which will be more reliable than the factory bar meter plus may help battery life in giving a volt reading and may help me to diagnose my issue.
