Hi all, I have a DCD796 brushless dewalt drill just over a year old , and the keyless chuck has failed. The dewalt supplier would not replAce the chuck under the drill warranty , as the chuck is made by another manufacturer. I purchased a new chuck , and found out that the centre retaining pin is not a torx screw, but a fixed pin. Can someone give me some advise how to replace the chuck with this centre pin thanks Dennis Albany Western Australia
