  1. Well,Using oil-based paint is fundamental. Simply painting the OSB like you would paint pressed wood will leave the OSB harsher and the paint will seep through ordinary preliminary, while utilizing water-based paint makes the OSB strip after some time.

  2. Generally, sanding the primer with very fine sandpaper 180-or 220 grit will smack down the raised grain and leave behind a smooth surface for the next primer coat, and then finally the paint topcoat. You can use an orbital accomplish sander, but hand sanding with a sanding block wrapped in sandpaper is just as powerful.
