I have a Dewalt drill (DCD780) and the keyless chuck is locked with bit inserted. The outer ring wiggles slightly but the jaws are locked and grip will not turn. This has happened before but always disengaged after a few attempts. Clearly I need to replace the chuck but I need to remove bit first. I tried lightly tapping the jaws in with a screwdriver and hammer (they look fine and even) and holding the outer grip with a wrench to turn, but no luck. Any tips on how to unlock???
