say if i buy a set of wrenches from lowes and i loose a wrench say size 20mm and a size 15 mm wrench breaks and they dont have a 15mm in stock can i return the whole set without the 20mm wrench for an exchange? w/o return fraud?

hi um er... how do i repair chrome on hand tools and wouldnt stainless steel be better and cheaper than chrome cause its so weak and bad and how do i repair?
