Got a makita 18vac. Drill driver used. With charger. Batt is weak Won’t charge. Checked output on batt. It was 10. Volts. Couldn’t get a good reading on charger output. But it seemed to 28v. Anyway charger should put out 18v. Right? So can’t tell if it’s bad or the batt is bad. What y’all think? Thx
