I work in an industrial building that has been in operation since the 1900s. As a result, there's tons of relics that have been spared the junk heap, and have been in use since they were new. I found what seems to be a very old fashioned hand truck in great condition. I'm no thief (and even if I was, I couldn't just slip it in my pocket), so I got an idea that might be a cool home project. With pictures, I might like to create a replica from new materials. I've searched Google for any images that could help me date it, but so far I've only seen examples that slightly match. I was hoping maybe someone here could help, or point me to resources that could. This thing still works like a charm, and rolls smooth as butter. It way outperforms any modern hand truck I've used.

I'm a sucker for restoring old/vintage tools, power and hand. I love scouring garage and estate sales, especially in old barns in farm country, to find dusty old hunks of rusty junk, and taking them home to restore. I figured this forum would be helpful in identifying some of my more esoteroc, hard to ID finds and projects.
