Grip-On is a Spanish company who makes locking pliers not only sold under their own name, but also Snap-On. They are also about the only option for new locking pliers that are not asian, These are made in Spain.

Does anyone have experience with the warranty process for these Milwaukee tools? Will distributors simply exchange them like cman at sears?
