Thank you for your help.This thing is awsome.I tried to put it on power tool and tried it on hard wood and it just violently teared it and when i took a look at the spikes..,.nothing like they are super tough or something i thought they will bent a little but they didnt. And i dont think it is homemade but i could be mistaken. Thank you again and if someone knows what it is let me know i am very interested,

Hello, I was cleaning my garage and found a some kind an attachment on power tool or it just looks like it.It is strange it has spikes and some hole in the middle for something i guess.Does anyone know what this is and how old it is and also what was it for. Thank you for your help
