Hi, I've been searching high and low for a wiring diagram for my Porter Cable belt/disc sander (PCB420SA) but it is nowhere to be found. I called PC and they said they couldn't provide one because of liability issues. Have any of you come across one? I've seen similar units, such as the SIP 01946 which has a manual that appears to have an almost identical exploded view of the parts as the PCB420SA. They include a wiring diagram, but the wire colors are different, and I don't want to take any chances with electricity! Thanks for any help you can offer!
Hi I need some help with a Porter-Cable orbital sander 382... I took it apart to clean it and forgot to take a picture of the top and now I can't figure out how the wires go... Exactly just one of the wires I cannot figure out how it goes it doesn't seem like it will go the route I wanted to or maybe I'm trying to plug it into the wrong spot I can't find a picture at the top of the sander on the internet... So someone can help me with either a picture or some kind of diagram to show how the wires loop around the plastic and where they plug into... I will include a picture of what it looks like now and maybe somebody can just explain what I'm doing wrong it's the white wire on the right that is messing me up....does it plug into next to the switch or next to where the cord goes into?? please help thank you
Hi, I joined today - Can anyone help me out. I had the capacitor burn out on my ETS1825 tablesaw and foolishly diconnected the switch and capacitor assemby without taking a photo first. After much trouble. particualarly with UK spares suppliers and managed to get one in France at a heck of a price. I have asked every so called spares supplier weeks ago, and have not had the courtesy of a reply. You will appreciate, I don't want to risk frying the new part by connecting up incorrectly. Anyone got one of these tablesaws and can give me some guidance pleeeeeeze? Thanks in advance for any help. BTW have searched the web already. britinfrance
