Conductor562 Posted September 2, 2012 Report Share Posted September 2, 2012 While at Wal-Mart today I ran through the hardware section to grab some 3M sandpaper and noticed a 10" Crescent stamped "Made in China". Sad to see another american icon outsourced Happened a while ago Apex tool group has been buying brands for a while now and value engineering....You may be suprised by all the brands they control.
