Hugh Jass Posted July 2, 2016 Report Share Posted July 2, 2016 That's the first thing I check, the next thing I check is I take off the gas cap. For whatever reason pressure washers are affected by defective caps very frequently. The tank becomes a vacuum and starves the engine of fuel. I've seen 3 different brands do this in my experience, and one of them was the commercial big boy Dewalt 4200 PSI.
