comp56 Posted July 12, 2016 Report Posted July 12, 2016 Buddy of mine opened up a shop recently so I figured I would make him a sign....... just so ya know labour is spelled that way in Canada....... start off with gluing up some Black Ash, run it through the planer ect ect..... run a roman ogee bit around border paint it matte black, sand off top again when dry.....80gt first then 220gt to really smooth out top.... Cut out decal but use it as a stencil, tape all the top off so only lettering gets the paint....... Let it dry remove tape and decal.... give it a couple coats of clear........ flip it over and run a keyhole router bit for a hanging hole.... 5 Quote
