Foneguy Posted July 14, 2016 Report Posted July 14, 2016 I gotta say, I've been using his for about a month, and I am impressed. used it with a socket today to do a hose clamp on a garden hose .... Very smooth. on max setting it stopped, then I went to tweak it with a screwdriver as a test ..... NO BUENO !! , plenty tight enough ... i only use this at home so I can't speak to the longevity of extreme use, but I'm convinced. Just give it a learning curve for he gyro, & you are all set !!!! I am just a happy Yellow camper ??? 5 Quote

JimboS1ice Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 No good Jimbo? Bought it on a Amazon warehouse deal, they sent the screw driver, the charger and a 20v battery instead of an 8v battery... Didn't quite fit Jimbo Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk 1 Quote
Bremon Posted July 15, 2016 Report Posted July 15, 2016 Almost sounds like FlexVolt batteries on a 20v Max tool Jimbo The screwdriver, however, looks like a compact, convenient unit. 1 Quote

I am just a happy Yellow camper [emoji41][emoji41][emoji41] They're awesome! I managed to pick up three that were returns at my local big box. They must have returned thinking they didn't work because they didn't realize the gyroscopic technology. I really like them because of the locking drive. So if the motor isn't powerful enough to get that last 1/4 or half turn, crank down like a manual screwdriver and you're all set. 1 Quote

Oilpatch Posted July 22, 2016 Report Posted July 22, 2016 I've had mine for over a year, I've been in the process of changing all electrical outlets and light switches in my house. It's worked great, the light has been erratic hear lately but still works right 95% of the time. I also picked up the 8v flash light which has been super handy too. I doubt dewalt comes out with more but I'd love a few smaller items in the 8v line 1 Quote
Oilpatch Posted August 9, 2016 Report Posted August 9, 2016 Used this again this past weekend installing some blinds. My drill was too bulkie to get in the corners of the window frame but this fit right in and easily drove screws into drywall. 1 Quote
JimboS1ice Posted August 9, 2016 Report Posted August 9, 2016 I decided to keep mine, the model I have is the gyroscope one that stays straight you can't rotate the handle, need a battery though Jimbo Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
