DEWALT DCF620D2K Autofeed screwdriver

Hi, 

 

I have a year old DEWALT DCF620D2K Autofeed screwdriver. The odd time the autofeed douse not fully releasing, to allow the next screw to load. You have to pull it out so it fully extends, to load the next screw. It's a brilliant tool, just relay annoying when it doesn't reload.  

 

Has anyone had the same problem?  Any fix's?

never used this before. Not sure if there is a fix. Does it work on impacts or only drywall guns?

The few times I've used it it had the occasional Miss fire, the Dewalt collated attachment could use a little refinement IMO
