HTF molecules bind to the flouride in the water and makes for a more docile population that is open to subliminal suggestion found in children's TV programming. This is part of a program called operation Midas Touch that stems from work and research generated by a Nazi scientist recruited during operation paperclip shortlu after world war two and subsequent work done by the CIA during MKultra. So far working pilot plants are in place in Deere Park California, Anchorage AK, Cheyenne Wyoming, and Norfolk Nebraska just to name a few that we know of. They were afraid to have a legitimate power connection because the astronomical usage would have drawn attention.
