Wally13 Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 Since starting my new job, I find myself all over the shop, which is fairly large for a privatelt owned auto service shop. I got tired of running back and forth to my main box to get tools i should have on my cart. Problem, I only have an open top and 4 drawers for storage. I came up with a solution however, and cheap. Pegboard.Lets be honest... is it a bit much??[emoji23]Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk 6 Quote
BMack37 Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 You can get the magnetic shelf from HF too(assuming that's where you got the can holder). It's a good idea but you'll have to be careful with the hammer and power tools falling off. Great solution man! 1 Quote
Foneguy Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 X2 those magnetic HF shelves are great, just watch how much weight you put on it ... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Quote
Jronman Posted January 25, 2017 Report Posted January 25, 2017 Nice setup. Pegboard is tried and true and cheap. The pegboard is not too much either. I'm not a big fan of peg board but i'm sure there are a lot of guys who couldn't go without it. That hammer is cool. I have never seen one like it. looks specialized. What do you use it for? Quote
Wally13 Posted January 25, 2017 Author Report Posted January 25, 2017 That would be a dead blow hammer, made by SnapOn. Its great for brake drums, tie rods, some body work, etc...Sent from my SM-N920P using Tapatalk Quote
Doneright Posted January 29, 2017 Report Posted January 29, 2017 Cart looks great. If it were mine I would paint the pegboard black. More importantly though it (I'm assuming) works for you. It's great when you can have both but if not I will normally choose function over form. Quote
