picked myself up a better solution for dust control, 2HP 1200 CFM with 1 micron bag. I am going to make this single stage collector into a dual stage with adding a cyclone eventually..

calculated the angles to make a sheet metal cyclone basic size will be 30" tall 24" at the top and 12" at the bottom. with a 4" out port on top and a 4" intake port on side.

I have the sheet metal just have to cut it and weld it up.....suppose to be around 50+ degrees all next week so hopefully will get it done then ( want to do the cutting and grinding and welding outside for obvious reasons)

might even go a little smaller and follow the size of this metal one

You will definitely be happy after the first use by not having dust everywhere and breathing it in
