Nordraw Posted December 21, 2017 Report Share Posted December 21, 2017 Just a quick story about EGO. I have the EGO string trimmer, hedge trimmer and the Blower. The string trimmer is their first gen model that is 12 inch and brushed. I have had it about 2 years now. I starting having trouble with the string advance as of late and it never really worked great to tell the truth. Last week I decided to call the help line about this problem. After telling my story the the service guy (Daniel) he talked to his supervisor and they decided to send me a brand new upgraded model one that is brushless. I got this in the mail yesterday less than a week from the call I made! This is what I call great customer service to say the least. If you are looking for outdoor yard tools EGO is the way to go.
