I have had excellent experience with Carhartt. I bought a pair of their pants a few months ago and had been doing some work on a job site in an old decommissioned Psychiatric Hospital in Illinois and wore them pretty regularly. They started to wear quite fast and developed holes in the knees and my back pocket where I stored my wallet. Well anyways long way around the barn I wrote them a letter describing my problem and whaaaabam! New pair of pants in the mail within the week.
