The sander itself is not bluetooth just the battery. Your old cordless sander should work with the new batteries. Jronman Posted January 30, 2019 Author Report Share Posted January 30, 2019 New Kits coming April 1st. Basically the old airstream kits will now have bluetooth battery kit options. Also the sanders will have bluetooth kit options as well. Most kits you can upgrade to the bluetooth batteries for only $20 extra which seemed pretty reasonable. Other kits have the same price for the bluetooth kit as the normal kit.
