kevlee59
I am beginning to look for some new cordless-brushless drills and am not sure which brand to buy. I am trying to decide between the Dewalt 20v brushless and the Milwaukee brand. Any suggestions???
firefighter4187
I have the DeWalt 20v and love it. They are very tough and unbelievable amount of power. You can't go wrong with a Milwaukee fuel, they make great products. The brand new brushless from DeWalt with the xr battery is probably the most powerful drill on the. Market. It comes down to whether you like black and yellow or red.
wayneburgess
They are both very nice but for out and out power the Metabo destroys them both believe me it is not even a close run thing I made a point of testing this out and the Bosch robust with the metal chuck is a beast as well.
Conductor562
Both are nice tools, but I prefer Milwaukee personally. They each have tools that shine above the other, it's really a matter of preference IMO. Milwaukee offers a 5 year warranty versus Dewalt's 3 though. The quality between the 2 is roughly equal, so I'd suggest you stop at an HD and play with both. See which one feels better in your hand and which features you prefer. Dewalt's tend to have a little more RPM's while Milwaukee tends to have a little more torque based in my experience.
Eric - TIA
I agree. I would stop by a hardware store and pick them up to see what you like best. Both are great brands and tools. Either way you wont go wrong. Comes down to what feels better
