azwip
Hello, am new to the forum, did a search and could not find the answer to this.... I understand the torque settings of 1 thru 21 and the drill setting symbol on that same ring... but, what do the dashes signify on that same ring? I see 2 of these dashes ----> - on that same ring? Sorry for the dumb question, am curious what they signify, lol. Appreciate any info. Ron F. -------------
SchenzhenSpecial
They don't signify anything other than you are not in drill or drive position and infact, in limbo.
ChrisK
Yeesh! Never thought of that before. Maybe just the separator between drive mode and drill mode? Forcing you to turn the trans a little farther? Welcome to the forums dude, Chris
azwip
Lol, right.... yeah, I set to one of these dashes and it seemed like the chuck was turning... although I did not throw a bit in and try to see if with pressure things would work. Kind of "different" as the manual says nothing about the dashes. Lol Thanks for the welcome, I appreciate it. Ron F. -------------
