I picked up both and a Versastak large box for $54 out the door. IIRC I already have a similar Kobalt kit, and for the price it is a great buy. Compared to the 100-piece Harbor Freight security bit set, this is only a couple of dollars more, includes multiple 2" bits, and the quality is a bit nicer (though some of the security bits still have off center holes).
