DW 735 Type 1 - Bed Plate Replacement

I have had a problem getting things square and true from my DW735 since I purchased it.

Chased lots of things and made many adjustments, and now I believe I have finally found the problem.

While re-adjusting my infeed/outfeed tables I always take a 4ft level and lay it across the bed of the planer and the tables.

First one side, then the other.

for whatever reasons this time, I checked it for level in the middle.

I noticed I have a hump almost smack in the middle of the planer bed.

 

My questions is, has anyone else had this issue?

How to you remedy it?

It looks as thou the Stainless Steel Bed Plate can be replace, but don't see any attachments.

I'm wondering if it is glued on?

On the drawing below its called out as Item #203, but when you look at the description its the entire base assembly.

 

Any help or insight would be appreciated.
