GZM Posted January 5, 2021 Report Share Posted January 5, 2021 I have a Delta BS100 Band Saw that shakes and vibrates so much I cannot use it. I inherited it from my Dad who used it only a few times over the last 15 years of so. It has sat most of its life. I did remove it from the metal stand Dad had it mounted to and I mounted it to a roll around wooden cabinet. When I removed the blade and ran it, it ran as smoother as silk. I went ahead and installed a NEW blade and replaced both wheel tires, still shakes! Belt is good, bearings are all good, everything is tight and aligned. I am about to throw it in the dumpster unless someone can help me figure this out.
