B&D is part of Stanley Black & Decker (SBD), however, so depending on the system you might find an SBD brand's charger that works with minor modifications. For example, the Porter Cable 12v Max and B&D 12v batteries were compatible if a tab was removed. I'd recommend trying to find a used charger.
