mihaso Posted June 14, 2021 Report Share Posted June 14, 2021 Hi, I have a weird issue with my - barely used almost new compressor, and I don't know if it's normal or not. If the tank pressure is higher than regulator output pressure, there is a leak. A constant hissing sound. For example the regulator is set to 80 PSI. The tank is charged to 120 PSI, then slowly leaks. If I turn the knob to 120, the leak stops. If I let it charge all the way up, I have to turn the reglator pressure all the way up to stop the leaking sound. This is not normal, right?
