Dryer not working

Hi all, I bought a washer dryer bosh WDU28560GB and I'm very disappointed. I have had it only for 3 years and my dryer is not working, I can still do the wash but after that it's stuck at the same time. It can 'dry' as long as I put it off even hours! And as long as the dryer switch on the lock door is not working also it looks like a child lock is on but I never put it on and I can't switch it off. I can't press any button because it's locked. I'm disappointed with only 2 years warranty!

Here is the manual for that washer/dryer.

 

According to page 50 either drying not selected or door not closed properly.

 

If it has been working properly, then I would do all the maintenance items, starting on page 41 to see is that helps.

I had the same problem, the door sensor wasn't working properly. Had to have it switched for a new one

Weird, I love Bosch products, especially the tools.  When we redid our kitchen, I wanted all Bosch appliances.  However I just keep hearing and reading about all the problems they have.
