Drill left in truck

Bosch 12 volt drill is left in the truck on a hot day with the windows closed and it stopped working is anybody have any experience with fixing this issue and what the issue might be the battery is good and it gets power to the light but it just doesn't power the drill

Weird, I haven't seen an issue with these tools and heat.  If so it is usually the battery.  So I am at a loss.
