It is like a Wal-Mart as they get bigger, we are forced to take what they offer. I get mad because this will drop the quality of other "professional" tools...Now DeWalt, Makita, Milwaukee etc.. need to make everything price friendly to compete with Ridged now. It's kinda funny that DeWalt put the Home Depot tool departments on the map are now competing against the Depot brand. (Ridged) How do you like that for a knife in the back. (Greed) I think along the way quality is getting lost in all these tools. To follow up on the this compressor it is heavy awkward to carry, I returned it being afraid it would hurt one of my employees carrying it from job to job. kjones Posted January 27, 2011 Report Share Posted January 27, 2011 Good thing that DeWalt is the only major tool brand sold at Home Depot that has not/will not sign the exclusive contract, and will not compromise quality to "compete" with Rigid or any other questionable quality tool (caugh caugh Makita and Milwaukee!!!)
