Storing nano li-ion batteries?

Just bought first Dewalt nano-phosphate li-ion impact driver...Read in manual that it's best to charge batteries at temps b/t 65-75 F. But once charged, is it okay to leave the charged batteries in my truck toolbox (i.e., in the cold outside, like 0-30 F)? or do I need to store them inside, and carry them out with me every morning???

You can leave it in your truck, the battery will work even if you leave it overnight below freezing; it will run a little sloppy at first until the cells warm up
