DWalter Posted December 2, 2011 Report Share Posted December 2, 2011 One tool that I'd really like to see updated is the DW364 circular saw. I think it's the only tool (and the 8 1/4" DW384) that has been in the catalog and remained unchanged since the launch of the Dewalt line. The existing DW364 has some great features not found on any other saw such as the rear pivot depth of cut adjustment, separate component design, and a shoe that can be adjusted for blade parallelism, but I think it could really benefit from some modern updates. I'd like to see a magnesium shoe, a weight loss, rubber grips and knobs, and an anti-jam lower blade guard like on the DW368/369. If those changes were made, it would definitely be my next saw.
