I have replaced shroud twice, taken to DeWalt service center twice with out eliminating problem. Chips interfere with height adjustment mechanism and cause excessive heating. Shrouds seem to warp after planing 30-40 feet, and get continually worse. Does anyone else have this problem. Planer is usable if I remove chips after planing 3 or 4 short boards.
