GrandPixel
I've been thinking of buying a lithium cordless circular saw, and would like to expand, probably buy a drill and some other tools, but I need to decide which line of tools to go with first. I must admit, Makita is at the top of my list maily because of their large selection of 18v lithium tools, combined with their reputation for quality. However, DeWalt also has a good amount of 18v lithium, although not as many as Makita, a similar reputation for quality, and the new 20v line-up. Now I don't know if this 20v thing is a marketing gimmick or if it really is "57% faster" and "35% greater runtime". But their 20v selection is also limited. I know I'm in a DeWALT forum, but I would really like something unbiased and objective to go on. Thanks for your input. EDIT: Maybe I should have posted this in General Talk forum. Can it be moved?
