billyy Posted October 13, 2012 Report Share Posted October 13, 2012 Hi, 1st post, so be gentle:-) I have the above 24V SDS that when any pressure is put on the machine while drilling, wont drill, it just makes the drill noise but the bit stops turning. any ideas? billyy Posted October 13, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 13, 2012 Update, the hammer action works perfectly, but when I apply pressure when its in drill mode it stops spinning, in drill with hammer mode it just hammers. filiptools Posted October 13, 2012 Report Share Posted October 13, 2012 Forget to menshine.If theare is some metal strips I recommend to use service kit 492804-00 which includes all seals and grease.Hire set N071966 and 492804-00 cost 35,00EUR.Don't forget to clean all old grease from housing and all parts.Watch for grease.GLK Com's on the ram and inside of piston;and parragon cams on the beat piece and on gears.
