Black&Yellow
Looking at doing thw same style of set up for my current van build, can somebody tell me the distance the bars need to be fitted apart to allow the allow the boxes to slide on. Hoping to plan from these measurements how many boxes can fit in and where too. Thanks guys
Hugh Jass
Man I came really close to pulling the trigger on doing this setup, but the boxes I want to buy don't lock with the handles to secure it in place.
builditguy
Nothing wrong with showing off your tool collection. Or your van for that matter. Makes me want one.

I have basically welded a 1" x 1" box section steel framework together and bolted on the van in such a way that it is removable. The Tough System boxes fix to the same arms as the trolley system, so each box is removable independently. During build... After some ply detailing and racking to maximise storage around the Tough System And the other side of the Van with general 'Ply' shelving Enjoy.. Rossi, not sure if this thread is still going. But any chance you could give me a hand with the dewalt racking. any pictures or instructions/guides on how to make and fit. struggling to know where to start.
