phlebas Posted January 3, 2013 Report Share Posted January 3, 2013 Hi all, I have recently purchased a DeWalt DCD985 drill and have been struggling to register for the 3 year guarantee at http://www.dewalt.co.uk/3/. I have tried a couple of times to register but have not received the confirmatory email needed to activate my registration. I have emailed DeWalt on reply@dewalt.com but after more than two weeks I have not received a reply. There is no phone number on the UK website. Registration is supposed to be completed within four weeks of purchase and time is already running out. Does anyone have any ideas what to do next? Do find it weird there's not a phonenumber or email from customer service on the UK website. You could try and sent an email to info@dewalt.co.uk The confirmation email sits not inside the junkmail folder from your mail application? It sometimes happens.
