regopit Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 Man O Man everywhere you look Yellow we are being overrun by yellow
ChrisK Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 Yup. What the Hellinskey! I'm all green and red! I do have a Dewalt finish nail gun though.
ChrisK Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 They did pop off a Festool section!!!! Ooooooooh boy!!! Dude....I am a snob!
NicholasShetley Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 I guess we are going to have to tone back the dewalt bashing.
DR99 Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 They merged the Dewalt owners group and the TIA forums today. It won't be too crazy once we prude some Forum topics that don't need to be around and merge other similar topics together. Too bad the Sierra07 isn't around anymore he couldn't call us TIA'ers Milwaukee fan boys anymore I don't think we ever bashed the yellow brand too hard just some of the people here preferred Milwaukee that's all.
NicholasShetley Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 I don't think we bashed Dewalt much. When we did bash them we weren't serious.
ChrisK Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 Actually, I love this site and it's members for the honest opinions we share. Aside from joshing about each other's favorite brands there is no direct bashing that I've seen unlike on certain "other sites"
Kato Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 So what the hell...this is a Dewalt forum now??
DR99 Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 No its just a merging of the Dewalt owners group and TIA. It was kept separate before for certain reasons before, but now things have changed and to justify costs they are consolidating on one forum. Once things get pruned and moved around it won't look as yellow.
Javier Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 This should be interesting. One thing I hope is that Milwaukee fanboys don't sprout as a result. I like Milwaukee but I couldn't bear to see a bunch of red fanatics.
Kato Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 Hey, whatever floats the boats of the powers that be...just kinda questioning the place of us lowly commoners who don't use those highfalutin name brands...maybe I'll just paint all my tools yellow so I can fit in. I'll have to go dig out my old 12v Dewalt drill just so I can squeeze past the doorman... Well actually, I guess I can sneak in, I do have some Dewalt products like the tool-free multi-tool adapter, a Dewalt driver bit holder, one of those nifty little blade storage cases, and I'm sure some other random stuff somewhere... 1
Brien Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 So what the hell...this is a Dewalt forum now?? Fan Boy! LOL. Kidding Kato. Most of my tools are Dewalt but I do have plenty of Milwaukee M12, Bosch, Rigid, Kobalt, Stanley......... Husky 1

I'll have to go dig out my old 12v Dewalt drill just so I can squeeze past the doorman... If you ever watch jimmydiresta on youtube he has some of his tools painted white with his name on them 1
Javier Posted February 27, 2014 Report Posted February 27, 2014 I need to make all my power tools painted to look like Chicago electric or drill master so nobody would try to steal them 1
Conductor562 Posted February 28, 2014 Report Posted February 28, 2014 I need to make all my power tools painted to look like Chicago electric or drill master so nobody would try to steal themDo we need a Chicago Electric Section? Kidding! Only kidding 3
Brien Posted March 11, 2014 Report Posted March 11, 2014 If you ever watch jimmydiresta on youtube he has some of his tools painted white with his name on them I wish I could work this fast.
BK13 Posted March 12, 2014 Report Posted March 12, 2014 I guess I can play, but just barely, with a 4.5" angle grinder and some drill bits...
