kobalt compressor deal

does this sound like a good deal? oil less 8 gallon horizontal kobalt compressor from lowes. 150 psi with cfm ratings of 5 at 40 psi and 4 at 90 psi for $139. The cfm ratings seem pretty decent for smaller oil less compressor compared to some of the craftsman models I was looking at. This should run impact wrench and other air tools right?

My impact requires 5 CFM @ 90. My air ratchet requires 3.7.

You can use an impact with it, but only in a limited capacity.

Price is good though.
