ZackApelskog Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 I various dewalt 20 power tools and I am shopping for a cordless impact gun but am on the fence of which one to choose if you guys have any advice it would be a great help thanks Quote
DR99 Posted April 4, 2014 Report Posted April 4, 2014 Are you looking for an impact driver or wrench? The nice thing is Mac tools use the same battery packs as the Dewalt 20v tools so you keep compatibility between the tools. Quote
Dan - TIA Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 Ingersoll is a bit more money but for the automotive field it is a good fit. Rugged and durable, smooth power. DeWALT 20V is a great all around line. If you already have the 20V I would stick with that but the DeWALT 1/2" Impact Wrench offering is low on power as it was designed to run lags. If you want a powerful Impact wrench I would go Ingersoll the W7150 It's the King of the Nut busters. 1 Quote
Conductor562 Posted April 5, 2014 Report Posted April 5, 2014 The Dewalt/Mac are nice, but the W7150 and the Milwukee Fuel are where the power is. I give the Milwaukee the edge because of all the other tools in the line. Quote
